Phillip Guastella
Phillip Guastella graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago's first five-year pharmacy graduate program in 1965. He worked as a staff pharmacist before acquiring Hickory Hills Pharmacy in 1972 running it independently till 1998. From 1980 to 1987, he also operated Hometown Hills Pharmacy.
Barbara Kattke
In 1976 Phil opened Forest Hills Pharmacy, a new venture at the Forest Med-Surg Medical and outpatient Surgery Center, and has successfully operated the pharmacy ever since. In October 2010, Phil welcomed Barbara Kattke to the Forest Pharmacy as a staff pharmacist. Barbara graduated Pharm-D from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL and worked 10 years for Jewel and 2 years at Target prior to joining Forest Hills.
