Gia Cipriani
In 1985 Phillip acquired Palos Hills Pharmacy and had family members to help him operate the expansion. His wife Diana is an RN who handles all of the bookkeeping and his daughter Gia worked part time as a Pharmacy technician. Gia followed her father’s footsteps by going to pharmacy school and graduating in the first 6 year pharmacy program from Midwestern University in 1995. In 1996 Gia became a registered pharmacist and joined the family operated chain.
Donna Koegel
In 2007 Hills welcomed a new pharmacist Donna Koegel. Donna started working in a pharmacy when she was just 15 years old and has always worked for an independent pharmacy because she loves the close connection with customers. Donna attended the University of Illinois in Chicago and graduated in 1986. She has been a pharmacist for 23 years and still going strong. Palos Hills Pharmacy has been successfully operating for the past 24 years even attracting Walgreens to open next door.
